Inverted ILM Flap and Stuff in technique for Traumatic Macular Hole with PVR-Retinal Detachment

Inverted ILM Flap and Stuff in technique for Traumatic Macular Hole with PVR-Retinal Detachment

Inverted ILM Flap together with ILM Stuff in technique for a traumatic macular hole is demonstrated by Hudson Nakamura, where perfluorocarbon liquid is applied to weigh on the retina with a threefold purpose? to attach the retina, to avoid ILM from egressing from the hole and stabilising the peel action and avoiding the retinal slippage during the exchange for silicon oil. The retina was beautifully attached and it was still possible to appreciate the stuffed in ILM at the first postoperative period.)
